Pizza Dip with Chili Oil

For Dip:
8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
¾ cup Sour Cream
¼ cup mayo
1 container of Ragu sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper
French baguette
For Chili Oil:
½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
8-10 Thai chili peppers sliced round
Directions:
The Dip:
In a mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, crushes red pepper flakes and mix well.
In an oven glass pan spread the mixture and then layer it with a good amount of marinara sauce.
Spread the mozzarella cheese and parmesan on top.
Add the toppings you like. My family sticks to the basics such as bell peppers and onions just like a good old pizza.
Put the tray in the oven for about 20 mins at 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Once it is done take out and serve with french baguettes and the chili oil for extra spice.
The Chili Oil:
In a small nonstick sauce pan add the extra virgin olive oil and heat it up on medium flame. Add in the chili peppers and let it cook.
Once cooked, let it cool and transfer into a container for use.
